Brother Riddle, I have once again, as usual, enjoyed your authors' interview.

At about 59:30 Doug Barger made a comment that really caught my attention. He talked about John Gill being able to step into the gap because being a non-conformist, he was excluded from the higher education and rather studied the earlier Puritans and Reformers instead. He said Richard Muller made this observation. Do you know which of Muller's works this is in?
