David N. Samuel (b. 1930) was the first Presiding Bishop of the Church of England (Continuing) from 1995-2001. I recently read an excerpt from his book Pope or Gospel? on the WM 337: What is TRUE Apostolic Succession? podcast.
I noted on X that I appreciated his writing and that his books did not seem to be in print and were difficult to find. A friend then tracked down these titles available online:

Copies available from cofec.org. In the resources section on the website you will find the earliest copies of the Journal of the Church of England Continuing which include some excellent material.
Hi Peter, I would be very glad to purchase a copy of Church in Crisis if you bring any to WBC on Nov. 8. I'm also interested in any other Samuel books in print. I had wanted to give you a copy of Pope or Gospel too but I gave away my last copies only last week! The creation book should be available from Protestant Reformation Society.

You will like this. It is the booklet O mentioned where David Samuel argues against Packer. I believe it was Lloyd-Jones who asked David to write on this for the Westminster Fraternal.
