Stylos is the blog of Jeff Riddle, a Reformed Baptist Pastor in North Garden, Virginia. The title "Stylos" is the Greek word for pillar. In 1 Timothy 3:15 Paul urges his readers to consider "how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar (stylos) and ground of the truth."

Jots & Tittles 24: Peter Masters Defends the Authenticity of Mark 16:9-20: To deny is "Absurd"
I was just looking at how some modern translation notes confuse the issue on Mark 16. I find some that would seem to imply that the numerical witness leaving out 9-20 is greater than it is, and they must bring up the "shorter ending" to aid in the confusion. It is good to come over here this morning and find a testimony and defense of 9-20. Thanks.
