He looked at me and said "Don't call me sir, just call me Roy! I ain't that old!" I remember telling him that my Dad taught me to say sir, not because someone is old, but out of respect. He just laughed about it. I agree with this analysis. It is very true and insightful. These are parameter's that have almost disappeared from our culture.
